Chicken Thai Soup With Mushroom

What ingredients will you need?
- Chicken breast pieces-1/4 cup
- Medium size shrimp-7/8 pieces
- Large size mushrooms-4/5 pieces
- Egg yolks-3
- Ginger paste-1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Chillie powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Chili sauce-1 teaspoon
- Chopped garlic-a small amount
- Soy sauce-1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce-2 teaspoons
- Sugar-1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
- Cornflower-3 teaspoons
- Green chili-3/4 pieces
- Thai ginger-1/2 teaspoon chopped
- Lemon grass-as much
- Salt-as much
- Chicken stock-2 cups
How to make restaurant-style Thai soup
1) Cut the chicken lengthwise Wash. Wash the prawns well in the same way. Now take the chicken and prawns in a bowl and add ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, pepper powder, and salt to taste and mix well.
2) In another bowl, take 3 egg yolks and add chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, lemon juice, salt, cornflour, and 3 spoons of chicken stock one by one and mix well.
3) Now put a large-size kadai on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, lightly fry the chopped garlic. Then add the marinated meat and prawns and fry with some green chilies and mushrooms for a while.
4) After frying for a while, add 2 cups of chicken stock to it. Then add the sauce and lemon grass that you have prepared earlier and boil it well.
5) Once the soup is cooked well and the thickness is to your liking, remove it and serve this delicious restaurant-style Thai soup hot.
